mips64_pracc: fix three dead assignments

Clang scan-build complains for three dead assignments:
Although the value stored to 'data' is used in the
enclosing expression, the value is never actually read
	from 'data'

Value stored to 'address' is never read

Remove the useless assignment and the variable 'data'.
