 * Small content tweaks:
    - Re-title:  "OpenOCD User's Guide".
    - For users, URLS for latest doc and SparkFun forum
    - Mention GIT-SVN
 * Fix some front-matter goofage, matching texinfo docs:
    - "paragraphintent" location matters
    - put release version/date description with the copyright
 * Fix some other stuff matching texinfo docs:
    - no tabs
    - tweak some refs and anchors
 * whitespace-at-end-o-line fixes
