lpc2000: Improve lpc2000 flash driver.

This patch adds flash programming support for LPC5410x and LPC82x.
And adds auto flash size detection for LPC800 series.
Tested on below listed boards/chips.
LPC54102(LPCLPC54102Xpresso)
LPC824(LPCXpresso824-MAX)
LPC812(LPC812MAX)
LPC811,LPC810
