Jiri Kastner	a5cff3acd3	contrib: udev: modify rules for users physically in front of machine (TAG+="uaccess") ... Modern desktop systems with systemd recommend this way to give users access to devices. We change permissions to sane value along the way. See e.g. https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2016/11/msg00008.html We also change the filename to put it in order with 71-seat.rules, 60 is default for dh_installudev so pick that as a reasonable value.
