Paul Fertser 8390f71428 tcl/interface/ftdi: auto-select SWD from converters' configs 
When you source a JTAG-SWD converter config, any other transport
doesn't make any sense, so just autoselect it right there.

Paul Fertser e2a7990aac tcl/interface/ftdi: add SWD configs for kt-link, olimex, rowley and resistor hack 
Resistor hack is runtime-tested, other configs are based on
schematics.
