There are more than 1000 NULL comparisons to be aligned to the
coding style.
For recurrent NULL comparison it's preferable using trivial
scripts in order to minimize the review effort.

Writing bits to an uninitialized buffer generated false warnings.
Zero buffers before setting them by buf_set_u32|64()
(do it only if bit-by-bit copy loop is used,
zeroed buffer is not necessary if a fast path write is used)

Fixed only 2 error returns discovered by clang static analyzer.
There are obviously many more missing error tests in avr32_jtag.c
These was not fixed to keep this change minimal.
Not tested with hw.

I'm still getting up to speed with OpenOCD internals and AVR32 so code is a little
bit messy and I'd appreciate any feedback.
