zwelch aea6815462 - Fixes '<<' whitespace
- Replace ')\(<<\)\(\w\)' with ') \1 \2'.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(<<\)(' with '\1 \2 ('.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(<<\)\(\w\)' with '\1 \2 \3'.
